About acute coronary syndrome, why do you think carvedilol (betablocker) is given with aspirin.. it was contraindicated with each other right?

No.: There is no contraindication in giving both meds. Aspirin and Betablockers are mainstay treatments in ACS (for many reasons...eg, platelet inhibition, reduction in cardiac o2 demand, decreased risk of v fib, etc).
