Coreg, lisinopril, lipitor, (atorvastatin) low dose aspirin. are these meds a good combo for preventing a cardiac event? anything holistic i can and should add?

Add weight control, regular exercise, smoking cessation, diet modification and routine follow-up to evaluate their effectiveness.

Holistic measures include: attain and maintain normal body weight (bmi =25); daily exercise:at least 30 minutes, the more the better; eat a mediterranean diet (google this if you're not familiar). Don't smoke. Don't chew. Drink alcohol in moderation (not >2 drinks daily). Relax, be happy. Don't stress.
