What kindof cream or methods should i use for my 18 month old he got bit by mosquitos in the face?

Nothing if no itchy: If he is not scratching the bites then do nothing. If they are itching try cool water compress to soothe the itch and apply antibiotic cream lightly to the bite. Try to avoid future bites by applying child approve insect repellant to his clothing avoiding areas that he might chew
