My 7 month old has a bite mark on her hand which has been there for 3 days. i thought it was a mosquito bite as it was just red and raised initially, but it has now made a head that is transparent. just need to know what cream i can apply?

This needs to be seen to develop a plan on how to treat it. A raised mark and come to a head makes me think this is a skin infection. This may be better with cream, oral antibiotics or a drainage.
