Wrong question: This cream contains hydrocortisone and miconazole. It is of no value for acne, might make it worse.There are very effective therapies for acne. If you can consult a dermatologist, do so. You can try BENZOYL PEROXIDE gel 2% or 5%. Acne is not your fault. It is not dirt or diet or stress. It is a matter of hormones and genetics.
