My 3 yr old daughter has almost 1 month with heavy nasal congestion been to the dr been given 2 different medicines and she's still the same?

Several possibility: You don't say what meds have been tried or what the congestion is like. Is it clear, white, green, pink with purple polka dots? Is it all day and night or a specific time. Any associated symptoms like fever, eye itching? Without this info, difficult to say. Could be anything from tough sinus infection to allergies to a foreign body stuck up her nose. Continue follow-up with doctor if symptoms stay

Recheck: What meds given? Cold meds, allergy meds, antibiotics?? May have allergies or untreated bacterial infection; too long for just a virus
