My 3 year old daughter having a chest congestion after runny nose for two days i gave her medicine and she developed chest congestion and wheezing and i can hear a cracking sounds from her chest she is eating and playful and she dont have a fever?

Probably bronchitis: I would not take the chest congestion & wheezing too serious since she remains playful, afebrile, and eating well. Watch and see approach will be appropriate. If she develops fever or her breathing becomes heavy, seek a medical attention.
