My 13yo daughter had a head cold two weeks ago, she had lots of fluid behind her ears and nasal congestion. she's better now but has been having daily headaches. she doesn't need medicine but she mentions it. could this be left over cold?

Rinsing the nasal passages is often effective in reducing the symptoms of sinus pressure. Watch for signs of worsening pain, imbalance and vomiting. If the headache continues, please seek medical treatment. A sinus infection is one possible cause.
