Had a dilated retina exam and oct 6 hrs ago.all healthy. but im noticing intermittent flickering in my left eye sort of like the shimmering after cataractsurgery. is this a possible side effect from the numbing and dilation drops? pupil still huge?

Possibly. I would go to Drugs.com and look it up for the specific agent used to dilate. Or better yet as dilator.
