I find it near impossible to kegel. i know where the muscles are (i've tried the pee exercise, but i find it extremely difficult). is something wrong?

Nothing wrong: It can be difficult to mentally isolate the muscles of the vagina. A way to learn how to control the muscles is to place your finger in your vagina and squeeze your finger without tightening your abdominal muscles, squeezing your legs together, or tightening your butts cheeks together.
