Leaking urine: A full bladder can stimulate spontaneous contractions of the bladder, which overcome the natural resistance of the junction of the urethra with the bladder ( like bending a hose while watering flowers can stop the flow of water). With a full bladder, the "bend" is lost, and urine can leak out very easily. This is not a medical concern.
