can lymp nodes and enlarged glands shrink after treatment for tb lympadentitis. can extrapulmonary tb cause lung scarring because of enlarged glands?

Yes and no.: Tuberculous lymph nodes should shrink with successful treatment, but maybe not all the way to normal size. Lung scarring would not be caused by "extra pulmonary" tb, but there have been pulmonary TB first that scarred or some other lung process.
