Gas: You could try an elimination diet for a month. Stop sugar, soy, sweeteners, dairy, eggs, gluten, peanuts, and corn. After 30 days, if you want to restart any of these, add them back one at a time and several days apart so you can tell if one or more of them is causing the problem.
