Could a right abdominal buldge be related to uteran polyps? buldge is caused by gas, i think. not a hernia (had it checked). ideas?

Not likely: It would more likely be a ventral hernia (a separation in the abdominal muscle wall allowing abdominal contents to protrude to the surface). Another possibility would be a lipoma (benign fatty tumor), cyst or malignancy. If it's growing, changing in size or hurting it needs to be evaluated.

Bulge: A bulge in the right abbomen may be anything other than a uterine polyp. A uterine polyp is located inside the uterus which is in the midline behind your pubic bone. It could be a hernia, ovarian mass, abnormal fat collection, gas, etc...... But not a uterine polyp.
