Hmmmm: no simple answer to this. Either way, it is likely benign diagnosis. Try to achieve more frequent bowel movements. Simethicone (gas x) maybe helpful. If simethicone doesn't help, stop. It doesn't help everyone. Try to drink and eat slowly to prevent overswallowering of air. One thing your doctor can do is to look at your GU system, making sure your uterus is healthy.
