Good question!: Difficult to answer! There are dozens of martial arts in the world. Some, like Wushu require a gymnast's flexibility and grace, others like Tai Chi can be practiced at any age without the need to jump or kick. All styles can benefit your cardio and balance. It's good to check with your doctor before doing any strenuous exercise if you haven't been very active for a while.
