Highly unlikely: Each individual scenario you presented: Having sex on the last day of your period, having sex with a condom (with proper use), and having sex while on birth control pills (if taken properly) would make the risk of unintended pregnancy low. All three together, make the likelihood that you are pregnant extremely low.
