About zero: You are taking your birth control every day, using condoms and you had your period at the right time. These are reassuring signs that you are not pregnant. You can take a test at home if you still have doubt. Consider a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD, Nexplanon or another nondaily options to help give you more confidence that you are protected and have control over your fertility
