Having : Having unprotected (not consistently taking birth control pills) intercourse puts you at risk for becoming pregnant. Even if the male "pulls out" before ejaculating, pre-ejaculate would normally have been released prior to this and it contains sperm. A woman can become pregnant even if she is on the last day of her period. Sperm can live four to seven days in a woman's body. So if there are still motile, healthy sperm in the woman's body when she does ovulate, this can lead to conception. If you do not get your period when anticipated, recommend taking a pregnancy test.
