Unlikely: People who are using 2 forms of birth control at the same time do not get pregnant... unless they are the most unlucky people in town. If worried, one can do a home pregnancy test. They are inexpensive, accurate, and sold in stores everywhere.

Highly unlikely: The diarrhea is probably totally unrelated to the cycle or bcp. If you used bcps and condoms, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.
