Brain abscess: About 1/3 of brain abscesses occur secondary to an infection in the head and neck. If you are truly concerned about this, discuss with your primary care doctor, and if they think it necessary they may scan your head or refer you to an infectious diseases expert.

Abscess: Will keep returning, and spreading, as long as you are not taking antibiotics. Best treatment is removal of the source of the infection, the wisdom tooth. Infection spreads to adjacent and distant tissues depending upon location of infected tooth. You can't fix this with pills, potions, OTC's, diet, or homeopathics.
