Why my heart beat fast? what are the symptoms?

The symptoms of a: fast heart rate can be nothing, or palpitations, light headed, fainting etc, but if you are otherwise healthy you probably only have the sensation of a fast heart rate (palpitations). Can't answer why but a simple EKG at your doctors office will be of great value.
