Glasgow Coma Scale: How would a person knocked unconscious score on the Glasgow Coma Scale? It it depends on the testing. Anywhere from 3-15, however the score must include best eye opening 1-4, best verbal response 1-5, and best motor response 1-6. The GCS is based on an interactive exam. See this scale: http://www.trauma.org/archive/scores/gcs.html can't open your eyes , respond nor move = E1V1M1= GCS of 3.
