I hit the back of my head on icy cement i knocked unconscious and got up but right after im having constant headaches after the meds wears off it's only on the right side of my face and head it's so painful it causes me to have blurred vision?

Head injuries can cause post-traumatic headaches, and it is not unusual to have focal or diffuse events, some migrainous, others c/w tension character. However, if symptoms are worsening, and you are becoming more disabled, it is imperative to see a doctor, and to be safe, get imaging of intracranial contents.
