Also important after: Conditioning classes and any form of exercise are extremely helpful both before and after any type of body contouring surgery. The timing for this is something you should discuss with your surgeon. Recent studies show that after liposuction, there is a tendency to accumulate fat deep inside the abdomen and this can easily be addressed by adding more exercise to your regimen.
