Fracture: bone typically takes between 6-8 weeks to heal itself. primary healing is faster - through surgery - the fracture is reduced, fixated and heals 4-5 weeks. secondary healing is slower - the bone is not fixated - may be casted, the body forms a blood clot that calcifies and becomes bone. 6-8 weeks

Be patient...: Any fracture that occurs takes 6-8 weeks to heal and a year to completely remodel. The fibula is a Non weight bearing bone, so it heals well barring any complications.
