You can't.: The bursa in the shoulder is a potential space between the acromion (bone on top of the shoulder) and the rotator cuff. If you have a bursitis, you can treat it with an occasional steroid injection. If the pain persists you may need to have a surgery to take out the bursa. Get an evaluation with a shoulder specialist.
