5-6 days a week: Depends on your goal, weight loss, toning, etc.. On average, one should work out 5-6 days/week, 30 minutes of cardio at least 3-4 days/week along with weight training 2-3 days/week. If you find yourself feeling extremely fatigued during or after the workouts, you may be training too much. Rest is best if this occurs. You should also cross train and have a day of rest during the week.
