What to do about hypothyroidism and tsh level help?

Get treated: Hi. I don't want sound trite, but if you've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, take the thyroid hormone replacement you've been prescribed to treat it! Your doctor will adjust your dose roughly every 6 weeks or so to get your TSH into a goal range (I usually use a goal TSH range of about 1-2). It's easy and works perfectly! Good luck!
