Symptoms of hypothyroidism are fatigue, cold intolerance, constipation, weight gain. Early stages do not have any symptoms. In late untreated condition, obesity, joint pain and heart disease can occur. Accurate thyroid function testing is available and treatment is safe and effective. Visit your doctor please. Hope it helps .

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your level is at the borderline and not a cause for immediate concern. For info: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypothyroidism/symptoms-causes/syc-20350284
