Wrong Meds: You are probably being treated with Synthroid, (thyroxine) pure T4, and it is not converting to active T3 at the cellular level. Many thyroid resistant patient require pure sustained release T3 to notice any effect. You may also have AutoImmune Thyroiditis in which your immune system is attacking your thyroid.
