Get treated: It is nothing more than a common staph infection. Treatment can remove it from your body. You have no need to hide out or avoid the people you work with and love. After a day or two of meds, you are unlikely to pass it to others. Normal handwashing/antiseptic use applies.

Proper antibiotics: Important to take all antibiotics as directed; do not stop antibiotic even if the symptoms seem to resolve before the prescribed dose is finished.Early stoppage of antibiotics can allow MRSA to survive and develop further antibiotic resistance.
