Get treated: It is nothing more than a common staph infection. Treatment can remove it from your body. You have no need to hide out or avoid the people you work with and love. After a day or two of meds, you are unlikely to pass it to others. Normal handwashing/antiseptic use applies.

Proper antibiotics: Important to take all antibiotics as directed; do not stop antibiotic even if the symptoms seem to resolve before the prescribed dose is finished.Early stoppage of antibiotics can allow MRSA to survive and develop further antibiotic resistance. If initial antibiotic therapy does not help to reduce or eliminate symptoms, do not wait until the symptoms get worse.Serious infection need 2 antibiotics
