A human bite that: breaks the skin is often treated immediately with antibiotics. If the biter is a carrier of these bacteria, there is an Increaced risk of transmission. If the wound looks infected with swelling, redness, puss, and increasing tenderness, seek medical attention.

Yes & no: This is common and seldom results in a significant problem.MRSA is everywhere, in your home, the stores, the schools, so the kids label has little to do with anything. Any wound should be monitored for signs of infection (redness, swelling, drainage) after initial cleaning. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
