By not using drugs: Ethical and reputable physicians are not in the business of helping people "beat" drug tests. The sophistication of these tests have reached the point where they are difficult-to-impossible to beat, if the test is done by an experienced center which knows how people try to adulterate/substitute samples. If you have a drug problem, work on getting help rather than on not getting caught. Please!!!!

Quite painful especially when looking at a screen or any light emitting device. Not so bad that I cant work or function but the pain is troubling me for about a week now and hasn't shown any improvement.
