Best weight loss aid: Your will power and reason why you want to lose weight. If you have a good reason that outweighs the urge to overeat or overindulge or not exercise, you will continue on. Many of my patients anchor weight loss to their kids or grandkids. There is no supplement/aid that has ever been proven scientifically to help people lose weight in the long run beyond reducing calories in or increasing activity
