Eat less, exercise: The only way to lose weight is by burning more calories than you consume. Any diet is designed to make you take in fewer calories. In the us, most people are more successful restricting carbohydrates in the diet in order to lose weight, so i advise a low carb/low starch diet. Exercise is a must if you want to increase your metabolism and sustain any significant weight loss.
