Think Menu,not pills: No weight loss pill have ever been shown to cause permanent loss that continues after the pill is stopped. All have rebound weight gain. Why not try a menu of only natural whole food for two weeks. Meat, fruit, vegs, eggs only. No dairy, juices, bread, sodas, or dressings. Just try it. No portion restrictions, just a menu change.
