Small changes: small changes over time that are easy to follow. A fruit a day is a good starting point. Make sure every day to have at least one fruit. Also at least a serving of fresh vegetables. Make it a goal, document it, keep a log, see the results and feel good and increase your diet of healthy foods over time. Keep logging and reward yourself for a job well done.
