Fruits,veg &nuts.: Plenty of seasonal fruits, veg & handful of nuts. Protein- fish & lean meats. 8 glasses of pure water- filtered in usa or spring water. Add sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds also.Avoid artificial sweeteners.
