See an OBGYN: This needs updated evaluation and treatment. Hopefully interventions can be relatively simple, but since the chances of getting worse over time are big and those of improving w/out tx are nil, they may involve some surgery. Don't wait any longer. You do not need to hurt so badly. Take care ; get well.
