A member asked:

Any correlation between low platelet count and feeling achy and tired? mine dips slightly lower once in while, recently 120,000, other bloodwork is ok

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not per se: Low platelet count does not cause aches or tiredness, however, it should still be determined why the platelet count is low and it would help to know the actual values of your tests. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
