Low wbc.: Hypothyroidism does not lower your white blood cell count, but does cause fatigue. A low white blood cell count may represent infection, allergy, or bone marrow suppression, and low platelets can also be a result of an infection, or a problems with your liver and kidneys. You should be taking thyroid replacement and see a physician immediately about the low white blood count and platelets.
