Ginseng ..: I think it says everything that red ginseng is believed to BOTH increase and decrease the immune system. There are not reliable trials on it. It is not possible to really control what you are getting with it. Magnesium, however, is a mineral and unless they are totally lying, the content of it should be reliable and it can't stale. 200-400 mg/day is good.
