chest cramp around heart last less than 30 secs. cardio dr. & er didn't find anything. it can happen while sleeping. i don't have to be active ??

See your PCP: Get check for muscle or musculoskeletal problems but need work up for rheumatological conditions even an echocardiogram if all negative. Physical exam is a must will tell the answer but if not check sed rate, CRP, etc
