Last night in the morning hours i had a pain in my chest and started vomiting. it was a sharp pain going to my left shoulder. i am 23 years old i am 1.62m tall and my weight is 75.5kg. was it a heart cramp?

Unlikely: More likely GI. Anything that irritates the diaphragm the pain can radiate to the left shoulder.
