Hi docs, will your left kidney get infected if you took antibiotics for a right kidney infection?

No: Left kidney can be infected at the same time as the right kidney without being symptomatic. Both kidneys should respond to antibiotics provided the bacteria causing infection are sensitive to the antibiotic prescribed.
