No: Life's difficult enough without people making things up and suggesting them to others. Somebody's trying to make you worry about smoething foolish. Common sense itself will tell you this won't change bone structure, which is always a bit asymmetric. It's part of the beauty of being who you are. Who cares about having a symmetrical facein any case?

No: If your facial asymmetry is due to muscle posture, perhaps. But asymmetries are usually structural and not amenable to change by facial relaxation. We all have asymmetrical faces.
