Sometimes: If someone is born with An asymmetrical face is usually normal if not associated with any defects of the eyes years nose and throat face. If someone develops an asymmetrical face it’s abnormal and they need to be seen by an ear nose and throat specialist and plastic surgeon to see if there’s a tumor or infection causing this

See below: Human body is somewhat asymmetric. Heart is on the left side, liver on the right, left breast hangs lower etc. Some people may like a minor asymmetry. If the asymmetry has been there, it is normal. If it developed recently, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
