Assymetry: Mild facial asymmetry is normal. If there is a new onset of assymetry you should get evaluated for a neurologic problem such as a Bells Palsy or or swelling such as from salivary glands, allergies, etc. Most likely the swelling is noticeable mostly to you, If you are really unhappy with your appearance you can always seek help from a facial plastic surgeon who can remodel your face.
