Primary Care Doctor: Your doctor can help you with allergic rhinitis. If the treatment he prescribes does not improve your symptoms, an ENT doctor would be the next step in the chain. Most doctors know how to treat allergic rhinitis. Antihistaminics like allegra, zyrtec, or Claritin (loratadine) are frequently used OTCs to improve symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
